What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pickleball Manager position at Club Studio?
The pickleball manager is responsible for the overall management, planning, and execution of all pickleball activities. Activities including organized open play, court rentals, clinics, leagues, special events, and tournaments.

Demonstrates technical excellence and ensures implementation of program goals in conformance with established strategies and organizational expectations.
People Management: Assumes supervision responsibility for all pickleball staff, including coordinator, specialists, attendants and contract instructors, and supervises assigned personnel and volunteers by directing, instructing, scheduling, reviewing, and evaluating work activities. Provide clear expectations and recognizes employees for doing good work. Reviews work for quality. Encourages employee development and provides employees with opportunities to learn. Makes recommendations/decisions regarding hiring, disciplining, terminating, and other personnel actions; and ensures the daily coordination and supervision of the work of assigned personnel.
Operations: Manages the overall court scheduling matrix and adjusts using customer feedback, usage data, current trends, and critical evaluation methods. Monitors and identifies pickleball trends and club needs. Ensures that all courts and equipment are clean and in good working order.
Pickleball Programming: Promotes, implements, and teaches Club Studio’s pickleball programming, including, but not limited to, overseeing organized open play times, beginner classes, clinics, leagues, and tournaments to create a positive and welcoming environment for players of all skill levels. Monitors programming for quality and ensures quality standards are met. Evaluates program effectiveness and make recommendations for changes.
Instructors: Targets, identifies, attracts, recruits, and hires high-quality contract instructors to conduct pickleball programs that meet the community's needs. Coordinates scheduling and monitors contract work activities for quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
