What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resort Manager, Timeshare position at Club Tahoe Resort?
Our Incline Village Resort is hiring a Resort Manager. Looking for someone with a love for customer service, a mind for budgets and leadership. Preferential review for candidates that live locally and those with Property Management experience in the Timeshare or residential property fields.
· Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain operation of the Resort, including housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, front desk and administrative office. Act as liaison between owners and the Management Company.
· Coordinate Board of Directors' Meetings and Annual Meetings, as well as Owners/Manager's Meetings.
· Maintain Association records, minutes, CC&R's, Rules and Regulations and Bylaws.
· Generate reports to the Management Company.
· Budget relative to monthly actuals and provide variance explanations.
· Participate in public relations within community or Resort and between resort and local community.
· Interpret financial reports. Route, code, and approve all invoices. Prepare budgets as required.
· Update Reserve Study. Assist in owner collections of monthly dues.
· Supervise all Petty Cash transactions, as well as bank deposits.
· Review and follow up of all Security Incident Reports.
· Perform daily inspection of property, including units, and exteriors.
· Supervise training program for the Management Company Management Trainees.
· Direct training of all personnel in all aspects of the resort.
· Generate, review, and approve all correspondence with Owners, vendors, and Board of Directors.
· Oversee upgrading being done to the Resort, such as remodeling of units, which includes scheduling of vendors, etc.
· Provide personnel evaluations and P.A.F. reports.
· Monitor timesheets and submit payroll.
· Schedule all Resort Desk and Lead Personnel.
· Schedule of Resort Desk Lead responsibilities.
· Prepare and successfully operate within a total budget of $150,000 - $500,000.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Manages 2 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 4 employees in the Front Desk Department, Maintenance Department, Housekeeping Department and PBX Department.
· Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
· Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
· 2-5 years’ experience with Timeshare resort operations/leadership.
· Experience working with and managing an HOA board.
· Customer service experience that includes decision making and creative problem-solving abilities.
· Resides in the Lake Tahoe area, understanding the weather conditions and other challenges of living in a resort community.
Education and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public in English.
· To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
· Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
· All certificates, licenses and registrations required by the state and local statutes or directed by the organization (such as a Community Association Manager license).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
