Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Administration Support professional to join our team. This part-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our tutoring services by handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to work independently. The hourly rate is $21 to start. Candidates must reside in the greater Bethesda, Maryland area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating tutoring sessions.
- Maintain and update student and tutor records in our database.
- Handle communication with tutors and clients to confirm appointments and address inquiries.
- Support the Area Director with administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare and send weekly reports and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the education or tutoring industry is a plus.
