Coaching exercise form and technique at Club4Fitness in Hernando in a small group environment of 10 members or less. The instructor must be able to complete a proper warm up, demo the exercises properly, keep up with time for the class and keep members moving safely.
Some experience in teaching or coaching in a group exercise environment preferred but not required.
