About the Role:
The Membership Sales Director is responsible for sourcing and enrolling new Members and nurturing relationships with existing Members to invite their friends and colleagues to join.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and enrolling new Members into the Club.
- Creating and executing quarterly game plans and sales and marketing plans to achieve departmental revenue goals.
- Maintaining prospect database using CRM system functionality standards.
- Representing the Club in city and community activities and organizations to provide awareness of the Club and develop sources for prospective Club Members.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with outbound sales experience, a proven track record of sales performance, and outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills.
Candidates should possess creativity, attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and technical literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience.
