Job Description:

Clubhouse Garage is looking for an experienced Vehicle Graphics & Vinyl Wrap Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of high-quality vinyl wraps and graphics on a variety of vehicles, including commercial trucks and vans. The ideal candidate will have experience in both vehicle wraps and commercial vinyl applications, with proficiency in operating large-format printers. Key Responsibilities:

• Vinyl Vehicle Wraps & Graphics Installation: Install vinyl wraps, decals, and graphics on various types of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and cars. Ensure installations are done to the highest standard, with precision and attention to detail.
• Commercial Vinyl Applications: Apply vinyl graphics on larger commercial vehicles (trucks, vans, and trailers), ensuring durability and a professional finish.
• Printer Operation: Operate large-format digital printers to print vinyl graphics and wraps, ensuring colors, resolution, and quality meet company standards.
• Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare vehicle surfaces before applying vinyl to ensure proper adhesion and a smooth finish.
• Precision & Alignment: Measure, align, and apply graphics with accuracy, ensuring proper fit and finish on each vehicle.
• Maintenance & Quality Control: Inspect and maintain installed vinyl for any potential issues, making adjustments or repairs when needed.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is realized in the final graphic design and ensure customer satisfaction with the finished product.
• Workplace Safety: Follow all safety guidelines when operating tools and handling materials, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Tool & Equipment Management: Maintain and care for installation tools and equipment, ensuring they are kept in optimal working condition.
• Time Management: Manage installation projects, ensuring timely completion and excellent quality within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in vinyl wrap installation, including vehicle wraps (trucks, vans, and cars).
• Hands-on experience with commercial vinyl applications (large-format printing for vehicles, trucks, and other commercial uses).
• Proficient in operating large-format printers (e.g., Roland, Mimaki, Epson).
• Strong knowledge of vinyl materials and adhesives used in vehicle wraps and commercial applications.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Experience in measuring, aligning, and trimming vinyl for perfect installation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues with vinyl applications.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to vehicle and commercial installations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with specific vehicle brands and custom vehicle designs.
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar.
• Ability to handle both indoor and outdoor installations.
• Experience in fleet wraps and high-volume commercial installations.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
