An established, successful escape room near downtown Gilbert is hiring a new Game Master for on-call shifts. Hours are never guaranteed but are usually between 5-20 per week.

For emphasis, this is an on-call position and hours are not guaranteed. DO NOT apply if you need a traditional schedule or guaranteed hours. This job will probably not pay your bills by itself, but it can be great supplemental income—and it's a lot of fun.

We're looking for someone who is consistently punctual, reliable, friendly, and who has good attention to detail. You must also have a genuine, longstanding interest in games and/or puzzles.

For emphasis, punctuality, reliability, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills are paramount. If you're the type of person who shows up on time, every time, and who takes personal pride in putting forth your best effort, you'll do well here. If you aren't that type of person, DO NOT apply. We've been employing people for a long time and we're pretty good at spotting applicants who didn't read the whole ad and/or ignore what we're asking for.

This is not a seasonal position; we're looking for Game Masters who can work year-round.

In order to ensure that we hire only those who will be an excellent fit for our temp, we employ a 4-step hiring process that takes approximately 2.5 hours over 5-7 days:
