Job Title: Cleaner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Cleaner to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to clean and maintain empty units for property management companies, ensuring they are spotless and ready for new tenants. The position will be available starting in March. Applicants will be working in crews of two or more.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize empty units, including all rooms, floors, and fixtures.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and appliances.
• Vacuum and mop floors, ensuring they are free of dirt and debris.
• Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Remove trash left in the units and dispose of it properly.
• Dust window sills.
• Inspect units for maintenance issues and report them to management.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment correctly.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Reliability and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Must have a cell phone.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• This is a 1099 contractor position.
• This position is paid hourly.
• Female applicants are preferred but males will be considered.
