Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Magnolia, TX. The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and resolving any issues that arise during the project. The role also involves managing expediting, logistics, and inspection processes to ensure timely project completion within budget.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor roles
- Experience in Inspection processes and ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Logistics Management skills to handle resource allocation and coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field is preferred
- Experience in the construction or acoustical systems industry is a plus
- Managing Healthcare, Office Buildings, Education sectors, and Aviation projects.
- Read and understand blueprints
