Business Manager for Multi-Industry Entrepreneur

Widger Talent LLC is excited to announce an opportunity for a Business Manager to support a dynamic multi-industry entrepreneur. This is a unique position that combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational management across various sectors including e-commerce, hospitality, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all three businesses, ensuring smooth functioning and coordination between entities
• Lead, develop, and manage staff across all three companies, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
• Managing wide-ranging projects, from implementing an existing ERP to competitor research
• Develop and implement business metrics and KPIs to measure performance and guide decision-making
• Manage and optimize financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Provide regular operational insights and strategic advice to the owner based on data analysis
• Act as a liaison between the owner and staff, translating high-level vision into actionable plans and results
  
  
  

Requirements


Qualifications:

• 10-15 years' experience in people leadership, business operations management, preferably in a multi-industry environment
• History of success in leading teams of 10-30 people in a service business, ideal multiple businesses simultaneously.
• Preference for candidates with background in law or escrow.
• Knowledge of legal industry operations, particularly in pre-litigation civil law (legal degree not required) and financial transactions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with ChatGPT, GPT's or similar AI platforms
