Who Are We Looking For?
Clutch Coffee Bar is looking for a Store Manager who is passionate about people and has a track record of efficiently managing one or more stores, while also successfully leading teams to accomplish organizational missions with excellence. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that we provide the best drive-thru beverage experience on the planet for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed
- Hire, train, and motivate a young and energetic staff to provide exceptional service to our customers
- Communicate daily with the Regional Manager, working to ensure your store is on track, strategizing for growth, and implementing company strategies
- Create a fun and positive working environment that promotes teamwork
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
- Ensure that the store is always clean and well-maintained
- Develop and execute strategic and operational plans for your store
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
Skills You’ll Need:
- At least 1 year Management experience, overseeing one or more stores, branches or departments
- 3 years of experience in a customer-service focused role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food and beverage industry experience, preferably in coffee
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a young team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Possess a servant leadership mentality
- Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
