Role: Junior Graphic Designer
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Hybrid/On-site/Remote: Hybrid (On-site 3 days a week)
Salary: Up to $60k

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, marketing collateral, and presentations.
- Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Prepare and optimize files for various platforms and printing processes.
- Assist in the management of design projects and timelines.
- Learn and apply design principles and best practices.
- Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Support the creation of moodboards and style guides.
- Help maintain and organize digital asset libraries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
- Basic understanding of digital design best practices. Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
