Position Summary : As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the execution of experiential marketing projects, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with our creative, production, and project management teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and goals.Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial briefing to final delivery.Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure that projects align with client vision and objectives.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns.Negotiate contracts and proposals with clients.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or challenges.Evaluate project success and provide feedback to clients.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the experiential marketing industry.Strong understanding of the experiential marketing industry and trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
