Clutch is looking for an experience Finance and Operations Manager with agency experience for a client of ours.
Job Summary :
The Finance & Operations Manager is a crucial role responsible for the financial health and operational efficiency of our agency client. This position demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong grasp of financial management, operations, and a passion for fostering a smooth and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
Financial Management :
- Manage client invoicing, ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy cash flow.
- Process payroll, keeping employee information up-to-date and ensuring seamless payroll operations.
- Provide monthly budget updates to clients, detailing balances and expenses.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping in QuickBooks, financial reporting, and collaboration with the CEO and accountants for tax filings.
- Develop accurate financial forecasts in collaboration with leadership to support planning and decision-making.
- Provide financial insights to senior managers, contributing to profitable client proposals.
