Role: Art Supervisor/ACD
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Hybrid/On-site/Remote: Hybrid (On-site 2-3 days a week)
Salary: Up to $120k DOE

Clutch is looking for an experienced Art Supervisor for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
• Creative Leadership:
o Develop and execute innovative visual concepts that align with brand strategies and project objectives.
o Maintain a consistently high level of creative quality and aesthetic excellence across all projects.
o Provide creative direction, mentorship, and guidance to junior designers and freelance resources.
• Photo and Video Shoot Management:
o Plan, coordinate, and execute photo and video shoots, including location scouting, talent selection, and on-set direction.
o Manage shoot budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
o Collaborate effectively with photographers, videographers, stylists, and other production professionals.
• Execution and Production:
o Oversee the execution of creative assets across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
o Ensure all deliverables are produced to the highest quality standards and meet brand guidelines.
o Work closely with project managers and account teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Brand Stewardship:
o Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity.
o Ensure all creative output aligns with established brand standards.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an Art Supervisor or ACD role within a creative agency or in-house creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a high taste level and a diverse range of creative work.
• Experience in spirits and lifestyle is preferred.
• Extensive experience managing photo and video shoots.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
