Clutch is looking for a Graphic Production Supervisor for an agency client of ours.
Job Summary : The Graphic Production Supervisor oversees the graphic department, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output. This role involves managing a team, coordinating workflows, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a team of graphic designers and production technicians.
- Oversee daily production workflow and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to client specifications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot large format printing equipment.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and address performance issues.
