Clutch is looking for an experienced Digital Media Planner & Buyer with agency experience for a client of ours.
Summary:
We're seeking a seasoned Digital Media Strategist & Buyer specializing in paid social. You'll partner with agency teams on diverse consumer accounts, leading paid social strategy, planning, buying, and campaign execution. Expertise in the digital media landscape, especially paid social, and a proven track record of achieving campaign goals are essential. You're a cross-platform planning expert, detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about digital trends.
Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Planning: Collaborate on digital/social plans; utilize media tools for analysis, planning, buying, and reporting; bring innovative ideas; create cohesive media plans; monitor digital trends; demonstrate paid social expertise (video, display, gaming, retail, Meta); manage budgets; deliver client reports.
• Campaign Execution: Set up campaigns; manage assets; oversee trafficking/tagging; ensure production accuracy; provide post-launch documentation; manage billing, pacing, and brand safety.
• Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance; identify optimization opportunities; analyze ad data; provide data for dashboards; communicate strategies and challenges.
Requirements:
• 7 years of paid social/digital media agency experience.
• Deep understanding of the digital landscape.
• Experience marketing consumer products is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital channels/buying methods (video, display, gaming, programmatic, paid social, retail media).
• Familiarity with marketing principles and analytics.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Experience with media plan negotiation and development.
• Campaign setup experience across platforms.
• Competency in media planning tools.
• Expertise in ad servers and verification.
• Familiarity with biddable channels.
