Salary: $120-150k DOE

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with talent, talent managers, media buyers/platforms, and brand sponsor representatives.
- Attend industry events to represent the agency and expand its network.
- Manage talent and partner research using tools like Julius and industry relationships.
- Provide data-driven talent and partner recommendations for client campaigns.
- Lead contract negotiations and draft deal memos for talent, influencers, and brand partnerships.
- Oversee program execution and ensure deliverables are met.
- Identify and secure brand partnership opportunities.
- Manage resources and contractors, including drafting scopes of work and overseeing performance.
- Proactively manage client and talent/partner expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and talent movements.
- Manage Talent resourcing tools and train team members.
- Travel as required to key entertainment markets.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in talent, brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, and/or entertainment marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing strategies across entertainment and culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage team members and develop talent.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Apple Keynote.
- Experience with talent management tools (e.g., Julius).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel.
