Job Summary :
The Graphic Production Supervisor oversees the graphic department, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output. This role involves managing a team, coordinating workflows, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities :
Manage and lead a team of graphic designers and production technicians.Oversee daily production workflow and ensure timely completion of projects.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to client specifications.Maintain and troubleshoot large format printing equipment.Manage inventory of materials and supplies.Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations.Provide training and mentorship to team members.Conduct performance reviews and address performance issues.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, print production, or related field.5 years of experience in graphic design and large format printing.Strong leadership and supervisory skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and large format printing software.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
