Are you a technical project manager with a passion for Salesforce?
We're seeking a talented Salesforce Project Manager to join our client's team and lead the successful implementation and ongoing management of Salesforce projects for our clients. You'll play a critical role in ensuring that their clients' Salesforce solutions meet their business objectives and drive efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to implementation and ongoing support.
- Client Management : Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide strategic guidance.
- Team Leadership : Lead and motivate project teams, including internal resources and external partners.
- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Configuration and Customization : Configure and customize Salesforce to meet client-specific needs, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Data Migration : Plan and execute data migration strategies to ensure a seamless transition to Salesforce.
- Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure that Salesforce implementations meet quality standards.
- Training and Adoption : Develop and deliver training programs to enable users to effectively utilize Salesforce.
- Ongoing Support : Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of Salesforce solutions.
