Who We’re Looking For

As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Clutch, you will play a critical role in building and evolving our enablement program. You will focus on developing scalable practices that make our sales, account management, and customer success teams more effective, ensuring they have the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed. Your focus will be on driving the adoption of best practices and maximizing the impact of our sales enablement tools across New Business, Customer Success, and Account Management teams.

You’ll be responsible for coaching reps and managers, improving processes, designing enablement strategies, and helping shape the overall enablement function to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales effectiveness, coaching, and continuous improvement. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly analytical, and have a deep understanding of sales methodologies and enablement technologies.

What You’ll Do

Program Development & Strategy

  • Design, build, and scale Clutch’s sales enablement program to align with company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Identify and implement enablement strategies, tools, and frameworks to support evolving business needs.
  • Develop a structured onboarding program and ongoing training for Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams.
  • Own the enablement roadmap, prioritizing initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Establish a system to track and measure success, iterating based on feedback and performance data.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring enablement plays a key role in driving revenue through product launches and campaigns.

Sales & Success Enablement & Coaching

  • Lead training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance sales & success effectiveness across teams.
  • Drive adoption and best practices for sales enablement tools like Gong and HubSpot, ensuring teams leverage them effectively.
  • Provide real-time feedback and coaching based on call reviews, helping teams refine their pitch, objection handling, and consultative selling skills.
  • Conduct ongoing skills assessments and create training plans to address knowledge gaps.

Process Optimization & Best Practices

  • Partner with Revenue Leadership and Sales Operations to refine sales & success processes and methodologies.
  • Analyze sales & success performance data and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a library of enablement resources, including playbooks, training guides, and best practices.
  • Own a revenue impact metric, ensuring enablement initiatives directly contribute to pipeline acceleration and deal velocity.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales Ops to align messaging, content, and competitive insights.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and coaching, partnering with leadership to reinforce best practices.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of enablement initiatives, iterating based on results.

What Makes a Successful Sales Enablement Manager at Clutch?

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, coaching techniques, and enablement strategies.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Gong, HubSpot, learning management systems).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead engaging training sessions.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing call recordings, sales performance data, and training impact.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.
  • Passion for building and improving enablement programs that empower sales teams and drive revenue growth.

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in Clutch’s annual performance bonus program and any applicable incentives, which will be communicated during the hiring process.

Salary at Clutch is determined based on factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, and market. For this position, we expect an annual base salary range between $110,000 - $130,000.
