Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced WordPress Account Lead with agency experience to support a client of ours. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical services and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative website tasks, including DNS updates, plugin management, and security monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site issues, including security-related problems.
- Review code and perform basic customizations as needed.
- Use version control tools to manage changes and collaborate with teams.
- Communicate directly with clients to manage support tickets and daily account needs.
- Coordinate with development resources when tasks exceed in-house capabilities.
- Own and resolve daily support and technical service tasks independently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in technology, marketing, or similar field.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role within an agency setting is highly preferred.
- Basic front-end or full-stack development experience required (HTML, CSS, JS familiarity).
- Proficiency in PHP and custom WordPress themes.
- Experience with version control systems (Git, etc.).
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Squarespace, or other CMS platforms.
- Experience managing site migrations.
