What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Manager position at Clutter Trucker?
At Clutter Trucker, our business is helping people find order when they’re in crisis. Since 2008, we’ve been providing practical help for people facing eviction, surrounded by clutter, overwhelmed with the passing of a loved one, struggling with a disability, and so much more. As the premier company in the Denver area that specializes in hoarding disorder, our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, effective solutions that transform cluttered or unsafe environments into more livable spaces.
As we expand our growing Colorado Springs location, we’re looking for an Operations Facilitator who is not only skilled in managing day-to-day operations, but also maintains a keen marketing and sales mindset to help drive our success. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our services while also spearheading marketing and sales strategies that will help us scale. If you’re a self-starter with a passion for driving business growth and making a real impact, this is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in an evolving company.
What we need from you:
- Willing to train in the field as a junk hauler to learn the business from the ground up before taking on administrative duties.
- Must be able to commute up to 75 miles during the 30-day training period.
- Ability to commute to our downtown Colorado Springs office every weekday after training is completed.
- Must successfully pass a background check upon employment.
- Ability to think strategically while executing on the ground level.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful team management.
- Adaptable to a rapidly changing environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with coworkers and clients empathetically.
- Background in junk removal, social services, or management preferred.
- A genuine desire to help people in need, with a compassionate and understanding approach to handling sensitive situations.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource management to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a small team of operations staff, cleaning and junk removal crews.
- Work with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities, create sales strategies, and expand our market reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with key community partners, referral sources, and potential clients (e.g., mental health professionals, social workers, and housing authorities), generating new leads and business.
Why join us?
- Be part of a supportive family-owned business with a strong sense of community.
- Join a unique and inclusive work environment that values collaboration and innovation.
- Contribute to our growth and development while advancing your career in a dynamic and gratifying field.
- Make a real difference in the lives of people who need it most.
