ABOUT THE ROLE

Pay Rate : $26.00 per hour paid bi-weekly, plus tips!
Part-Time position with flexible hours starting between 6 AM - 8 AM
Schedules may vary weekly based on business needs, operating 7 days a week.
Job Site : Lead Drivers / Movers will begin and end their shifts at the Clutter depot, address provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Efficiently move, pack, and load customer items at their residences.

Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of Clutter.

Lead a team of helpers to complete 1-3 moving / storage jobs per day.

Utilize our mobile iPhone app to scan and categorize customer items.

Maintain a high standard of safety and quality while ensuring an excellent customer experience on each job.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Possess a standard driver's license.

Ability to pass a physical exam.

Weekend availability is essential.

Must regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs.

Willingness to remain on your feet for the entire shift (up to 8 hours / day).

Proficient in using smartphone software to manage data.

Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is required.

Experience in moving, warehouse work, manufacturing, inventory management, customer service, or general labor is a plus.
