ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Expected Start Date : Wednesday, March 19th, 2025
Pay Rate : $22 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus tips!
Type : Part-Time, offering a flexible schedule. Please note that benefits are not available for part-time positions at this time.
Hours : Flexibility required for start times between 6 AM and 8 AM.
Schedule : Clutter operates from Wednesday to Sunday (closed Monday and Tuesday) with schedules adjusting weekly based on business needs.
Job Site : All staff begin and conclude shifts at Clutter's depot located at 12646 NW 115th Ave, Medley, FL 33178.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Drivers / Movers will manage a team of helpers while operating a company box truck to complete 1-3 moving / storage tasks daily.

Pack, load, and move customers’ belongings onsite at their residences.

Serve as the face of Clutter, providing exceptional customer service.

Utilize our self-developed mobile iPhone app to scan and categorize customer items.

Ensure top-notch safety, quality of work, and excellent customer experience on each job.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Possess a standard driver’s license.

Ability to pass a physical exam is required.

Weekend availability is necessary.

Expected to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Must remain on your feet for the full shift (up to 8 hours / day).

Proficient in managing data through smartphone software.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Preferred experience in moving, warehousing, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, customer service, or general labor.
