As a Senior Product Manager at Clutter Storage, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance our consumer product offerings and optimize internal tools for supply chain management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll define product strategy, prioritize features, and drive innovation to elevate Clutters business and customer experience. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned product manager to shape the future of a rapidly growing tech-enabled company.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs, driving sustained business impact.
• Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on data-driven insights, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform product decisions, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and streamlining internal processes.
• Define and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future iterations.
• Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring solutions address user pain points and drive satisfaction.
• Improve employee experience by optimizing internal tools, reducing complexity in supply chain processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Mentor and coach junior members of the product management team, fostering their growth and development.
