The Role
Our vision is for you to initially focus on our premium tabletop collections, leveraging your experience and relationship-building skills while expanding into new product categories and market segments. As you develop expertise with our tabletop lines, you'll grow to represent our full portfolio of premium products, becoming an integral part of our sales leadership team.
Core Focus AreasRelationship Selling
- Work as part of our company-wide effort to provide comprehensive support to our Key Distributors
- Cultivate individual relationships with sales managers and team members
- Provide representation at company training and entertainment events
- Serve as primary relationship manager for priority distribution accounts
- Lead regular account reviews and strategy sessions
- Identify and develop new stocking opportunities across our portfolio
- Create and execute customized training programs
- Perform regular web audits to ensure optimal product representation
- Deepen our connections and product placements at key end-user accounts
Strategic Market Development
- Showroom Leadership
- Start with two days weekly leading product demonstrations and customer engagement in our Steelite Showroom
- Leverage showroom presence to deepen product expertise and market knowledge
- Build relationships through consistent interactions with decision-level contacts and stakeholders visiting our showroom for new and existing operations
- Develop Strategic Account Target Lists to introduce our products and services
- Continue developing plans to execute on target lists in conjunction with Marketing

- Annual Salary commensurate with experience
