In this role, you'll operate cutting-edge CNC-based machinery to customize control panels and enclosures with precision and efficiency. You'll work alongside our dynamic engineering and CAD teams, ensuring that parts meet exact tolerances and customer specifications. If you're detail-oriented, technically skilled, and committed to safety, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You'll Do:
- Operate and program the Steinhauer ModCenter to process a variety of materials like steel and aluminum.
- Review CAD files and electrical schematics to ensure accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot the CNC machine.
- Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and precision.
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment.

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required.

Requirements
What We're Looking For/Required skills:
- Proficiency in reading CAD files and electrical schematics.
- At least 3 years of CNC machine operation experience.
- Skilled in using hand tools, measuring devices, and inspection equipment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings.
- Strong work ethic and reliable transportation.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience wiring control panels.
- Confidence in developing SOPs and optimizing work processes.
- Forklift operation
Salary : $19 - $22
