REPORTING TO: Building Materials Location Manager
JOB LOCATION: Grand Junction, Colorado (On-Site and In-Person)
SALARY: $57,046
FUNCTION: The Building Materials Specialist provides internal sales support and exceptional service to current and potential customers.
KEY ACTIVITIES
- Visualizes, defines, communicates, and implements the company vision and core values.
- Provides effective administrative support to sales
- Provides support to project estimators as
- Enters customer orders/transactions in Bistrack and confirms that price, discount level and product requirements are
- Assists walk-in customers by answering product/service questions and providing project solutions.
- Provides exceptional customer service and team support and product
- Accurately maintains customer records, ensuring that customer, prospect, and account information is
- Adheres to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook,
- Serves as a safety champion by adhering to all company safety policies and guidelines
- Performs other duties as

- Ability to review and analyze detailed

- Possesses a detailed knowledge of Sunpro products, processes, and relevant production capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service

- High School Diploma or
- Experience in sales, construction, or related
- Consistent history of exceptional professional progress and
- Mostly sedentary work: extended periods of sitting.
- Regular, but short periods of bending, standing, or lifting.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly from floor to waist height. Occasionally lift up to 75-100 pounds with assistance. Occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds overhead.
- Repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment.
- Periods of standing at a counter and walking around the building.
