JOB TITLE: CORPORATE TRAVEL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
JOB LOCATION: OREM
REPORTING TO: CORPORATE TRAVEL MANAGER
FUNCTION: The Corporate Travel Administrative Assistant performs various administrative and clerical duties and provides office support to Corporate Travel Department.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values;
- Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, invoicing, answering phone calls, copying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Draft letters and official communications, prepare reports, and systematically file documents and information;
- Prepare lists in Excel and be able to sort and run reports as well as data entry;
- Assist manager with electronic reporting tasks and oversee accuracy of system data;
- Organize and distribute faxes, emails other communications in an effective and timely manner;
- Type/transcribe quotes, meeting notes, etc.,
- Assist with putting presentations together utilizing PowerPoint;
- Financial responsibilities such as reconciling statements, creating purchase orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable, commission statements etc.
- Assist with daily duties as needed;
- Source information and pictures and upload data/data entry into Travel App;
- Maintain insurable driving record;
- Ensure a safe and healthful working environment at all times;
- Adhere to Clyde Companies policies, procedures, and standards of good conduct;
- Perform other duties as may be required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Dependable and punctual, able to excel with minimal supervision;
- Excellent communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and relationship skills;
- Highly organized and detail oriented;
- Ability to draft, revise, and edit documents, using Word, Excel, and Power Point;
- Filing and record keeping skills;
- Ability to work towards and reach deadlines;
- Strong computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- 1-2 years of relevant experience;
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sedentary work, requiring regular lifting up to 10lbs and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.;
- Repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment.
- Inside, climate-controlled working conditions, seated at a desk for extended periods of time.
