Clyde Companies, Inc is the administrative services group that supports the other seven subsidiaries. We are looking for a Credit Clerk who wants to have an impact and join the Clyde family!
The position:
We are looking for a Credit Clerk with the strong ability to handle multiple details simultaneously, and who has exceptional customer service skills.
This position will require working on Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
As Credit Clerk, you will provide critical support to the Credit Team by managing data, communicating with clients, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned—including:
- Timely and accurate research of internet websites to capture information and input gathered information;
- Review and monitor the State Construction Registry internet database and attach projects and where materials have been provided to retain lien rights;
- Contact customers to obtain specific project information to ensure comprehensive searches are completed.
What makes you successful:
A successful Credit Clerk will:
- Have prior office experience and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Have basic knowledge of the construction industry and the geography of Utah, especially the Wasatch Front;
- Have experience working with the general public;
- Demonstrate good public relations and communication skills (written and oral);
- Possess good organizational skills; and
- Remain focused on work that is repetitive and stay on task.
Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary work; may require lifting up to 10lbs.; and
- Repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment.
