Job Summary:
Clyde’s of Clarksville is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee our front of house staff and operations while simultaneously ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team, and maintaining high service standards.
Duties:
· Manage day-to-day operations of the front of house
· Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
· Supervise and train front of house staff
· Monitor inventory levels and assist with coordinating with suppliers for restocking
· Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
· Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular audits
· Organize employee schedules and assign tasks efficiently
· Conduct employee orientations and performance evaluations
· Utilize strong math skills for inventory management and financial reporting
Experience:
· Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years in restaurant or service industry management
