POSITION SUMMARY
Oversees branch organizational, financial, operational, service and growth plans and staff to ensure branch success and become members' primary financial institution of choice. Expands existing business relationships and develops new business. Underwrites, structures, and closes HELOC and consumer loans, as well as maintains and services an existing portfolio. Maintains direct responsibility for the day to day operations of the Senior Banking Consultant's, Banking Consultant I's, II's, and III's, and ensures the branch culture is professional and focused on sales and service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all branch initiatives, results and facilities. Develops the branch business plan and supports the goals and budget. Monitors and reports all branch operating results. Supports the strategic planning process through tactical branch planning.
- Ensures compliance with Magnifi Financial policies and procedures and recommends changes.
- Interviews and closes loans for members applying for HELOC and consumer loans, and / or requesting refinancing or rewrites of existing loans, approving or denying loans within lending authority and recommending on loans above lending authority. Maintains sufficient knowledge to assist with other types of loan applications.
- Performs and coordinates collections / negotiations on problem loans.
- Selects, oversees, develops, trains and manages (directly and indirectly) the performance and compensation of branch staff. Assigns, directs and coordinates work of employees. Approves hiring decisions for the branch, and delivers performance reviews and compensation recommendations for staff. Provides input on other HR related issues. Responsible for both individual and branch results that are achieved through the successful management of staff. Maintains responsibility for adequate staffing. Coaches branch staff on the sales process.
- Performs member transactions and consults with members to educate them on features and benefits of products and services. Recommends products and services based on member financial needs. Enhances member relationships through follow-up activities to include outbound calls.
- Actively participates in community relations efforts to contribute to the mission and visibility of Magnifi Financial. Ensures positive relationships with community leaders and businesses. Expands existing business relationships. Develops and promotes additional business.

Pay Transparency :
Salary Range : $68,605 / yr. through $102,908 / yr.
Salaries vary based on factors such as location, internal equity, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
Total compensation package varies based on position and may include bonuses, performance-based incentives, commission, and / or discretionary bonuses.
