Job Summary
CM CORP is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail/restaurant construction and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Coordinate with construction teams, including owners, contractors, and professionals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise field personnel and evaluate work in progress.
- Communicate project expectations with ownership and internal team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience on commercial construction projects.
- 3 years' experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership capabilities.
