The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail/restaurant construction, with a minimum of 10 years experience and 3 years of project management experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform estimates, take-offs, and value engineering tasks.
- Manage subcontracts and purchase orders for vendor and material procurement.
- Collaborate with clients, construction managers, landlords, architects, engineers, inspectors, and authorities having jurisdiction over the projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise field personnel and evaluate work in progress.
- Communicate project expectations with stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit weekly project reports.
- Review and submit RFIs and change orders.
Key Requirements:
- Strong commitment to safety standards.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and leadership capabilities.
- Strong understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
- High standards for quality control implementation.
- Proficiency with computers, MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and common OPM programs (Procore experience preferred).
- 10 years' commercial construction experience required (Retail/Restaurant preferred).
- 3 years' experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager.

Salary range: $100k-$140k , based on experience.
