What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Specialist position at CM Medical Recruitment?
CM Medical is partnered with a Structural Heart start-up in growth mode seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist to drive clinical support and training for an innovative Mitral device.
The role's main objective will be leading technical and clinical support for TMVR procedures, focusing on physician training, case preparation, and procedure optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage case preparation and physician proctoring for mitral procedures and imaging
- Coordinate with R&D and Clinical Operations teams for patient-specific planning
- Conduct post-procedure reviews and patient follow-up monitoring
- Support clinical trial optimization and site engagement
- Assist in patient candidate evaluation and selection
Required Qualifications
- 3 years medical device industry experience
- Expertise in transcatheter mitral procedures or LAAC
- Strong clinical imaging interpretation skills (TTE, TEE, CT, angiograms)
- RDCS certification preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively
