We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with proven expertise in event and trade show management to join our vibrant marketing team. Key Responsibilities
Trade Show Management:
- Plan and execute trade shows from start to finish, including registering, reserving booths, arranging furniture and electrical services, and organizing accommodations.
- Coordinate the shipping and logistics of equipment and marketing materials for each event.
- Collaborate with sales managers, representatives, and event organizers to meet all deadlines and stay within budget.
Training Event Coordination:
- Manage the logistics and planning of training sessions, ensuring venues are booked, schedules are aligned, and materials and equipment are prepared.
Budget Oversight:
- Monitor and control budgets for trade shows and training events, ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining cost-efficiency.
Detail-Oriented Planning:
- Maintain comprehensive records of event-related activities, timelines, and deliverables to guarantee seamless execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales teams and management to align event objectives with broader marketing strategies.
- Partner with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth on-site execution and support.
Requirements
- At least 3 year of hands-on experience in event and trade show management.
- A demonstrated history of successfully coordinating large-scale trade shows or similar events.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
