Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for the company’s digital pathology software.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within CROs, pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, biotechs, labs, and hospitals.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across the U.S., ensuring consistent progress toward sales goals.
- Articulate the value proposition of the company’s innovative software solutions, positioning them as leading technologies in the research market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product demonstrations, customer onboarding, and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecast reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Experience in the Digital pathology space
- Proven ability to sell into key sectors, including CROs, pharma, academia, biotechs, labs, and hospitals.
- Strong understanding of research-focused markets and familiarity with digital pathology software platforms.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
