The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for perfumery, an exceptional ability to create unique and marketable fragrances, and a deep understanding of fragrance trends and raw materials.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop innovative and high-quality fragrances tailored to client specifications and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D, marketing, and sales teams to align fragrance creations with customer needs and branding goals.
- Select and blend raw materials to achieve desired olfactory profiles while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
- Evaluate fragrance performance in various product applications and recommend improvements as needed.
- Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
