Job Overview
Established company expanding into the area and we need a team of Sales Killers. Do you dominate the leaderboard? Do you crush door-to-door sales and only need a great product with a high commission potential? Then see if you qualify to join our team. Our top salespeople have a proven track record in door to door sales. Ideally, you already know how to sell roofs. We do some retail, but we specialize in high wind, storm damage roof replacement.
Duties
- Answer directly to area Sales Manager
- Conduct roof inspections.
- Help homeowners understand the insurance paid roof replacement process.
- Generate leads and sales
- Coordinate with installation crews
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using software tools.
- Collaborate with team members to develop territory sales strategies.
- Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales or door to door sales is mandatory.
- Money motivated.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with Acculynx CRM tools for tracking sales activities is a plus.
- Experience in territory sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Objection handling skills
- You must have reliable vehicle that can accommodate a folding ladder
