Key Responsibilities
Product-Level Financial Analysis & reporting
- Conduct detailed financial analysis at the product level, including cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability.
- Monitor product performance against financial targets and propose corrective actions as needed.
- Support new product launches by providing financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Analyze daily sales performance and market trends to provide actionable commercial insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
- Optimize sales processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Partner with the sales team to manage pipeline performance and forecasting accuracy.
- Coordinate and execute sales planning activities, including quota setting and territory design.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in CRM and other sales systems.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform business strategy.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Work closely with finance, marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on business goals and financial objectives.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, commercial strategy or a related role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for translating complex data into actionable insights.
