Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
Hours: Full-time, flexibility required (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key leader, helping to ensure our store runs smoothly and that every guest experiences the magic of Kilwins . You’ll support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, managing staff , and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service
- Deliver an exceptional Kilwins experience to every guest.
- Lead and train the team to perform all aspects of Kilwins’ operations, including chocolate crafting, fudge making, and ice cream scooping.
- Assist in managing labor, overhead, and food costs.
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members to their fullest potential.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked with our signature treats.
- Support online sales and operations when needed.
- Step into the Store Manager role when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and execute solutions to enhance store performance.
- Create a fun and welcoming environment for team members and customers alike.
Required Skills:
