The primary responsibility of the Business Architecture Consultant, Client Insights and Analysis is to help drive the strategic and operational initiatives of Global Distribution. This role will bring a strategic orientation combined with strong execution skills, as well as an ability to engage with and gain credibility with a broad range of stakeholders including senior leadership and multiple internal constituents. This role also serves as a central point of organization for various projects across Global Distribution to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in prioritizing, developing and driving the strategic business agenda for the group.
The primary responsibilities of this role are:
Develop, plan and execute against operational roadmaps, functioning as a Business Process Architect.
a. Planning and execution will involve collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, IT, sales enablement, product, analytics and other internal business partners to connect roadmaps with operational decisions
b. Creates and develops solutions for process improvements, enhancements and operation efficiency; this includes the communication strategy and execution.
2. Strategic and tactical execution of multiple initiatives across the Distribution organization. Examples include:
a. assisting in development of roadmaps.
b. developing operating and infrastructure project plans for varying levels of initiatives, coordination
c. execution of analytical efforts, business analysis and decision support.
Required Skills

Required Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in financial services with a focus in Asset Management preferred
- In-depth knowledge of analytical and BI tools, such as Tableau and PowerBI
- Project Management experience preferred
- Experience using Agile (or related) planning environment or Business Process Architecture
