Are you looking for a graphic design internship this summer where you can build your skills and make an immediate impact to our urgent needs?

We’re looking for a creative intern who appreciates well-thought out design and process, is passionate about learning and who pushes themselves to continually make better work. If you are a strong collaborator who brings ideas and inspiration to the table, then we should talk.

Here are some things we’re looking for in our next intern:

• Model the American Century Investments Winning Behaviors- Client Focused, Courageous and Accountable, Collaborative, Curious and Adaptable, Competitive Drive

• You are a currently a Junior or Senior in a Graphic Design related major or focus of study

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

• Portfolio that showcases advanced graphic design skills; including an advanced understanding of typography

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate designs clearly and succinctly in presentation format

Here's what will make you standout:

• A portfolio that showcases an understanding of branding systems

• Ability to digest and internalize brand guidelines and develop appropriate “on-brand" assets (You can get creative, of course)

• Outstanding attention to detail

• A portfolio that shows an understanding of conceptual thinking

Internship Structure:

• 10 Week Program

• 40 hours a week, between 8am-5pm.

• Location: Santa Clara, CA; Kansas City, MO; New York, NY

Additional Requirements:
