Account Executive – Service Sales
CM3 Building Solutions, a member of Daikin Group, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional as a Services Sales Account Executive in our Building Automation and HVAC Services division. We are seeking a motivated, technical professional to help expand our customer base throughout the East/Central PA, NJ, and DE areas.

Essential Functions:
- Manage and grow assigned territory or group of accounts through the sale of CM3’s product offerings, focused primarily on Building Automation and HVAC Service Sales.
- Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for Building Automation and HVAC service contracts, repairs, retrofits, and system expansions.
- Identify and target new customers through prospecting, sales leads, referrals, and networking.
- Actively travel throughout assigned territory visiting existing customer base and new customer targets
- Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with the customers
- Conduct customer needs assessments, cost estimates, and sales proposals that provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with customers for future budget planning
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for maintaining sales pipeline, customer activity, and business planning
- Monitor market trends and attend training as needed to maintain industry expertise
- Collaborate with internal staff to maintain knowledge of current products and services
- Provide customers with superior value and service
Experience & Qualifications
- Must be self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence customers throughout the purchase process
- Willingness to drive to customer/prospect locations throughout the assigned territory within PA, NJ, and/or DE.
- Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Building Automation and/or HVAC Mechanical Equipment – either in a service or sales role – is strongly preferred.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma/GED equivalent plus 4 years Building Automation or HVAC sales or services experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of technical and/or sales experience
Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)
- Criminal Background Check, PA Child Welfare, and FBI fingerprinting clearance required; other clearances as required by state/districts of job sites
- DMV check
- Pre-employment drug screening and random drug testing during employment
