Details about the job:

• Availability Mon-Fri 8:00 - 5:00
• Residential and Light Commercial Cleaning
• Our main office is located in La Crosse, this position is mainly for the Sparta Area but some traveling to the La Crosse Area is expected occasionally.

VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ REQUIREMENTS BEFORE APPLYING:

• Must be 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, squat and be on your feet up to 8 hours per day
• Enjoy working around pets
• A smart phone with data plan, texting and calling capabilities is required (we have an incredible electronic app)
• Driver’s License and good driving record
• Your own insured vehicle that can be used for work every day
• Ability to pass a national criminal background check and drug test

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces in clients' homes and workspaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs.
• Change bed linens and make beds according to CMA Cleaning's established standards.
• Organize spaces, including bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas.
• Follow CMA's regulations for using environmentally friendly cleaning products and methods.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and relay any specific concerns to the leadership team.
• Be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including but not limited to: standing for up to 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Part Time / Full-time

Pay: $550 - $850 per week full time / $200 - $380 per week part time (depending on availability)

Service Area: Our main office is in La Crosse, we service locations within 30 miles of our main office. We are currently expanding our services in the Sparta area and surroundings.

Must provide at least 3 professional work references (remember no prior cleaning work is required).
