Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources and Accounting Coordinator located in Portsmouth, NH, with the flexibility to work from home. The coordinator will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, and manage all aspects of bi-weekly payroll processing.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
- Knowledge of HR Policies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with accounting principles is a plus
- Experience working with engineering or consulting firms is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
