- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and writing
- Ability to troubleshoot and triage issues
- Basic computer skills
- Experience using Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Previous call center experience
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems such as Helix
- Health business knowledge (preferably Medicaid experience)
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
