Position : Financial Analyst Internship, with a well-established Winter Park boutique commercial real estate financial brokerage and consulting firm .

Firm : CMAC Partners, LLC

Location : 399 Carolina Ave, Suite 250, Winter Park, FL 32789

Hours : 30 - 40 hours per week, flexible scheduling. CMAC operates Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM. Looking for immediate start.

Work location : At companys Winter Park office

Compensation : $18 / hour

Primary responsibilities :

  • Assist the Finance team with distribution and follow-up of RFPs
  • Analyze comparative cost / benefit financial models of various loan financing proposals
  • Utilize Bloomberg software applications to monitor market movements and calculate value of interest rate swaps and derivatives
  • Review and analyze business and personal financial documents (such as leases, appraisals, promissory notes, tax returns, and swap documents) pertaining to real estate lending
  • May be called to interact with clients to present and explain financial models

Qualifications :

  • MBA candidate strongly preferred with GPA 3.7 or higher
  • Strong analytical and finance skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Previous experience in banking or interest rate derivatives favored
  • Strong Excel and other Microsoft Office product knowledge preferred
  • Ability to address a group in a professional manner
