Setup is responsible to set up for machine they are working on. They are responsible for operating safely under the guidance of the Machine Lead and Manufacturing Manager.
Essential Functions:
1. Set up machine using programs and set up sheet received from Programmer
2. Follow all safety protocols developed
3. Maintain machine center according to maintenance schedule
4. Calibrate employee tools according to company policies
5. Follow manufacturing procedure throughout machining process

1. Set up Vertical/horizontal and 5 axis CNC machine
2. Experience in a machine shop environment
3. Basic understanding of safety requirements
